نامه فرهنگستان علوم به روسای آکادمی علم در جهان

به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر به نقل از فرهنگستان علوم، دکتر محمدرضا مخبر دزفولی رئیس فرهنگستان علوم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در نامه‌ای به رؤسای آکادمی های علم جهان، بر ماهیت مستکبرانه و خبیث آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی تاکید کرد .

در این نامه آمده است:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم

رئیس محترم آکادمی،

حمله وحشیانه رژیم صهیونیستی و ایالات متحده آمریکا در تاریخ 9 اسفند 1404 ( ۲۸ فوریه ۲۰۲۶) به مناطق مسکونی، غیرنظامی و مدارس، منجر به شهادت رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی، حضرت امام خامنه‌ای، فرمانده اسلام و فقیهی مورد احترام در سراسر منطقه و فراتر از آن، به همراه تعدادی از اعضای خانواده ایشان، از جمله نوه ۱۴ ماهه‌شان در روز دهم ماه مبارک رمضان شد.

همزمان با این حمله، آن‌ها حملات هوایی و موشکی گسترده‌ای در سراسر ایران علیه زیرساخت‌های نظامی و غیرنظامی انجام دادند. تنها در یک مورد، آن‌ها به یک مدرسه ابتدایی در میناب، در جنوب‌غرب ایران حمله کردند که در نتیجه آن ۱۶۹ دانش‌آموز دختر بی‌گناه و ۲۶ معلم به خونین‌ترین شکل به شهادت رسیدند. اکنون مشخص است که هدف‌گیری ایالات متحده و رژیم صهیونیستی از این مدرسه ابتدایی، عمدی و از پیش برنامه‌ریزی شده بوده است. یک گزارش تحقیقاتی جامع، مبتنی بر تصاویر ماهواره‌ای، الگوهای حمله و تحلیل مکانی، آشکار کرده است که این حمله مستقیماً ساختمان مدرسه غیرنظامی را در ساعات کلاس درس هدف قرار داده است.

تجاوز نظامی ادامه دارد و بسیاری از سایت‌های غیرنظامی هدف قرار گرفته‌اند که منجر به تلفات گسترده در میان بی‌گناهان و نابودی زیرساخت‌های غیرنظامی و تاریخی شده است. با بمباران چندین بیمارستان و مرکز درمانی در کشور، آن‌ها خون تعدادی از امدادگران، کادر پزشکی و بیماران بستری را ریخته‌اند.

از طریق این اقدام تجاوزکارانه که با اصول روشن حقوق بین‌الملل مغایرت دارد، آن‌ها بار دیگر ماهیت خبیث و مستکبرانه خود را آشکار ساختند. کارشناسان سازمان ملل متحد در بیانیه خود در تاریخ ۴ مارس اظهار داشتند که این اقدام تجاوزکارانه «غیرقانونی» است.

هر ملت، هر مسلمان و هر صاحب وجدان بشری مسئولیت دارد که اقدام کند. جهان باید قبل از اینکه دیر شود، بیدار شود.

پیام ما به جامعه بین‌الملل روشن است: این اقدامات تجاوزکارانه و جنایات هولناک ، فرسایشی بی‌سابقه در نظم حقوقی بین‌الملل را نشان می‌دهد. عدم اقدام در برابر چنین رفتار غیرقانونی نه تنها جسارت ایالات متحده و رژیم صهیونیستی را افزایش می‌دهد، بلکه آسیبی پایدار و جبران‌ناپذیر به بنیان‌های نظم حقوقی بین‌الملل وارد خواهد کرد.

تجربه تاریخی کشورمان نشان داده است که نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران در برابر هر تهدیدی، با تکیه بر ایمان الهی، وحدت ملی و عقلانیت راهبردی، با قدرت و قاطعیت پاسخ خواهد داد.

فرهنگستان علوم جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به عنوان نمایندگان ملت بزرگ ایران و جامعه علمی گسترده کشور، بر اساس مسئولیت ملی، اسلامی و انسانی خود، این اقدامات جنایتکارانه را به شدت محکوم می‌کند. ما معتقدیم که صهیونیسم بین‌الملل با به کارگیری ابزارهای ترس و ارعاب و تحمیل جنگ بر ملت بزرگ ایران، به دنبال حفظ وجود شکننده خود و جبران شکست‌های مکررش در برابر مقاومت جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ملت‌های منطقه است.

ما صدای رسای ملت مظلوم اما قدرتمند خود در عرصه مجامع بین‌المللی خواهیم بود و لحظه‌ای در انجام وظایف خود در خدمت به میهن عزیزمان درنگ نخواهیم کرد.

در حالی که تسلیت خود را به ملت بزرگ و افتخارآفرین ایران ابراز می‌داریم، تأکید می‌کنیم که شهادت رهبر معظم، فرمانده شجاع اسلام و مردم ایران، پایان راه نیست، بلکه آغاز فصلی نو در مسیر پیشرفت، عظمت و حکمرانی کشور است. رهنمودهای امام شهید برای همیشه اصول راهنمای فعالیت‌های علمی و پژوهشی ما خواهد بود و با پیروی از راه شهدا، در تعهد خود برای ادامه مسیر عزت و استقلال ملت ایران استوار خواهیم ماند.

فرهنگستان علوم جمهوری اسلامی ایران، ضمن تجدید میثاق با آرمان‌های انقلاب اسلامی و پیروی از هدایت‌های حکیمانه امام شهید انقلاب، آمادگی خود را برای مشارکت مؤثر در دفاع فرهنگی، علمی و معنوی از کشور اعلام می‌دارد. بار دیگر بر ضرورت هوشیاری، وحدت و مقاومت جامع در برابر تهدیدات جبهه استکبار تحت رهبری رهبر انقلاب اسلامی، آیت‌الله مجتبی خامنه‌ای، تأکید می‌ورزیم.

In the name of Allah

Dear President,

The brutal attack by the Zionist regime and the United States on the 28th of February 2026 against residential, civilian, and school areas, led to the mar tyrdom of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei, the proud commander of Islam, and a highly respected Shia religious jurist across the region and beyond, with a number of his family members, including his 14-month-old granddaughter on the 10th day of the holy month of Ramadan.

At the same time, they launched massive air and missile strikes across Iran against military and civilian infrastructure. In just one case, they struck an elementary school in Minab, South-western Iran, where 169 innocent schoolgirls and 26 teachers were violently slaughtered. It is now clear that the US/Israeli targeting of this elementary school was deliberate and pre-planned. A comprehensive investigative report, based on satellite imagery, strike patterns, and geolocation analysis, has revealed that the attack directly hit the civilian school building during class hours.

The military aggression continues, and many civilian sites have been targeted, resulting in massive loss of innocent life and destruction of civilian and historic infrastructure. By bombing several hospitals and medical facilities in the country, they have also shed the blood of a number of relief workers, medical staff, and hospitalized patients.

Through this aggressive act, which contradicts the clear principles of international law, they once again revealed their malicious and domineering nature. United Nations experts stated in their statement on March 4th that this act of aggression is “unlawful”.

Every nation, every Muslim, every person of human conscience, has a responsibility to act. The world must wake up before it is too late.

Our message to the international community is clear: these acts of aggression and the ongoing harrowing crimes signal an unprecedented erosion of the international legal order. Inaction in the face of such unlawful conduct will not only embolden the United States and the Israeli regime but will also inflict lasting and irreparable damage upon the foundations of the international legal order.

The historical experience of our country has shown that the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the face of any threat, relying on divine faith, national unity, and strategic rationality, will respond with strength and decisiveness.

The Academy of Sciences of IR Iran, as representatives of the great Iranian nation and the broader scientific community of the country, based on our national, Islamic, and human responsibility, strongly condemn these criminal acts. We believe that international Zionism, by employing tools of terror and intimidation and imposing war on the great nation of Iran, seeks to preserve its fragile existence and compensate for its repeated defeats against the resistance of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the peoples of the region.

We will be the strong voice of our oppressed yet powerful people in the arena of international communities and will not falter for a moment in fulfilling our duties in service to our motherland.

While expressing condolences to the great and proud nation of Iran, we emphasize that the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader, the brave commander of Islam, and the Iranian people is not the end of the path, but rather the beginning of a new chapter in the course of the country’s progress, dignity, and governance. The directives of the martyred Imam will forever remain the guiding principle of our scientific and research activities, and we, following the path of the martyrs, will remain steadfast in our commitment to continue the path of dignity and independence for the Iranian nation.

The Academy of Sciences of IR Iran, while renewing our commitment to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution and following the wise guidance of the martyred Imam of the Revolution, declare our readiness to participate effectively in the cultural, scientific, and spiritual defense of the country. Once again, we emphasize the necessity of vigilance, unity, and comprehensive resistance against the threats of the front of arrogance under the guidance of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei.
